America's Miss Girl Next Door... will be a young woman of moral integrity, good hearted and cares about her family, her community and her planet. She should have a positive attitude about life and about people. Just as important, she should have a positive image and attitude about herself. She will be physically, mentally and emotionally fit.

A major difference will be that we want to teach the young ladies. These ladies are not competing against one another... they will be competing with themselves. They will be taught the basics of hair and make-up, clothing choices, runway grace and poise as well as public speaking. After they learn the basics and have obtained the knowledge to present themselves with confidence, they will then have the opportunity to walk the runway and show America who they are. Just a note, we have replaced the swimsuit competition with a fitnesswear competition. In short, this is not about how much skin we can show, it's about being fit and in shape.

It will be each Contestant's presentation of themselves that America will be judging and then voting on!

Which is how America will choose who will become the first...

How this works is, you will need to Register to audition. Yes, there is a nominal audition fee... why?

First and most simply put, it guarantees that you will show up and be on time and ready to audition.

Second... simply put... it GUARANTEES you an audition!!!

It only requires you to check-in 30 minutes before the audition and you may leave immediately after!

Check the websites for other reality shows... they pack thousands of hopefuls into auditoriums and arenas then only a lucky few get to audition! Another common approach is to ask you to invest in a video that you have to send in to them. Some of the shows even require BOTH. So, do they charge you? ABSOLUTELY! You are going to pay for your audition, whether in time and effort to produce a tape and then ship it to them... or by requiring you to spend all day (sometimes more than one) sitting in a crowd from around 5am to 'hope' for an audition... or, like here... honest and up front.

You are required to arrive 30 minutes before your audition and check-in. Then you will get at least one but not more than two minutes to impress your Judges. If you do, you will be invited to be on the local television show. The show will be filmed, edited and broadcast in the host city of the audition. Once it airs, local viewers will have the opportunity to vote, who will go on to BOOT CAMP!!!

Here is the schedule... the auditions are to be held during the week, with the local television show being taped on that following Saturday. We will send 10 lucky ladies from each day of auditions to the television show.

The 5 ladies chosen by the viewers will be going on to boot camp and the finale'.

The boot camp and finale' will be all expenses paid, however both are MANDATORY!

Once you register and pay for your audition time here on this site, you will be contacted by our Staff to schedule your audition.

The 35 ladies who make it through boot camp will present themselves to AMERICA at the

"LIVE" National Pageant in June of 2010!

The final elimination rounds will be at boot camp as we do training to help you present yourself and your talent in your best light for America!

The dates for boot camp are during Spring Break for most colleges: March 10th through March 17th!

We have a ton of fun and work packed into the eight days of boot camp and you're going to love it!
